Hacking the Invisible Networks (Wifi, Bluetooth, RFID and beyond)

Invisible networks are proliferating across the world from hotspots to corporate WLANs to RFID compatibility in the warehouse. While unable to be seen by the eye, hackers see these networks as a new opportunity to access corporate data and make considerable profit. If a security strategy isn’t considered as part of the development of invisible networks, companies will find little luxury in their new found flexibility if a data breach occurs.

The session will examine tools that are designed to exploit three of the most popular wireless networks, Wifi, BlueTooth and RFID, and discuss the important wireless security best practices that will help secure the invisible networks.

The presentation will conclude with a discussion of security best practices for countering potential attacks through the different types of wireless communications introduced earlier. Building a layered approach to wireless security is where secure communication begins. Question by Sush: How do you configure Nod32 Eset Smart Security’s firewall?
I want to allow some programs to run but Nod32 keeps blocking it. I am trying to run Warrock and other games. But during the patch up Nod32 would block it. I have to turn it off before I play. Is there a way to set up Eset Smart Security’s firewall so programs would start and not be blocked?

Go to setup, toggle advanced mode. Then select Personal Firewall and press “Switch to Interactive filtering mode” there you can setup the rules for your programs.

im usually in skul and i want to download the stuff i have lined up and well… its all blocked does anyone know how to get through the firewall with the azerus and all that like torrent?

your more than likely not going to be able to bypass your schools firewall because usually those things are locked tight with what you can and cannot do

To try to answer your question. Go to start > control panel> security centre.

I don’t think it will help you much. I think the problem is actually with your firewall. Now, if you only had told us what program you use…
