I have a windows firewall and i cant on it. My windows security said my firewall is off?

In XP
Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall and check the ‘on’ radio button
or
Start -> Control Panel -> Security Center -> Firewall and ON

delete the virus that S&D found and turn on firewall in control panel-security. then go to and download Zone Alarm firewall personal=free and install it -turn it on=then turn off microsoft firewall. you cant run 2 at a time and microsoft firewall only protects you 1 way. Zone Alarm protects in & out.and it does a great job.good luck.

spyware program is a malware it comes with so many misleading notification messages. run ur anitivirus & update ur windows. make sure not to click on any notifications that suggest a site relating to spyware. cos ones u click it its already inside ur system. try fixing ur registry, do it with system mechanic or add & remove program. if things still gets worst, just get ready to back up everything.

DO NOT USE WIN XP FIREWALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
