It’s on the back of your router (Internet Hub)

Security key is set on router configuration. To connect with router and enter it’s configuration You must be connected with it, go with Your webbrowser and write:
192.168.1.0 or 192.168.0.1 (usually the first one)

Then it will ask for admin login and password (usually admin/admin or admin/passwd or admin/password are set for default but if Your router its already working it was probably modified (I mean the default password)).

When You enter router configuration there is security section when You can check / remove / add / modify Your security key.

To sum up – all You need is to enter the router configuration and red the security key but You need password to enter router. Someone who was configuring it for You must know login and pass. You can also try default passwords.

    Good luck.

The best solution is to create a new passphrase or wep key. Retrieving the old one is too much trouble.*
