Reset the router. That’ll fix it. Read the manual or look it up on that router brands support page.

Press and hold the reset button on the back of your router for 30 seconds then wait a couple minutes for the connection to restore itself. Go to Start > Run and type in: cmd. When the command line opens up, type in: ipconfig and the press enter.

Look at the IP address next to ‘default gateway’. Next open up our web browser and type in followed by your default gatway address. This is the login page to your router where you can change these settings. If you do not complete the last step with your gatway address then your wireless internet will still work but without a passoword, which is not safe. Resetting your router erases all password keys.

If you do not have the information to log in then look up the default gateway password for the brand of your router on a google search. The default username and password for most routere is something to thr effect of UN: admin PW: password or just leaving it blank.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need any more help.

    Regards,
    Max
