    Under your physical security make sure to mention: climate controls (humidity and temperature), fire extinguisher location, power backup runtime and surge protection, SMTP or cell phone notification when critical servers/equipment go down, redundant power supplies, RAID levels, service agreements that provide quick replacements for servers and network equipment.

    Don’t forget about Account Security. The need for a password to access your own computer and the need to secure data so that someone else can not see your data should they log on to your computer. That is a major IT concern.
